I am an affiliated acupuncturist to the Zita West (world renowned fertilty expert and Author of a number of books on the subject) fertility clinic after completing full training with her team of therapists. I am also a founder member of Dublin's first integrated fertility clinic called Achieve Fertility . The group is comprised of acupuncturists, a chiropractor, fertility nurse, hypnotherapist, nutritionist and a reflexologist This gives me and my clients access to a huge range of professionals in the fertility arena.

A large part of my practice is centered on women’s health, specifically menstrual problems, menopausal conditions and fertility difficulties. My interest in fertility treatment began while working in the Gynecology ward of a Nanjing hospital in 2002. Since then I have worked with many couples trying to conceive and feel very privileged to have helped them to conceive and have babies. The couples range from those trying for natural conception to people who are undergoing A.R.T (Artificial Fertility Techniques) such as IVF (in-vitro fertilization) and ICSI (Intracytoplasmic sperm injection). We work together throughout the whole process, especially at the all important stages prior to egg retrieval and following embryo transfer. As this is a time sensitive stage I make myself available to clients even on Sundays and bank holidays. I have had great success in this area which supports a number of scientific studies showing that acupuncture increases the chances of a live birth following IVF by up to 65%. My goal is to help couples to achieve their dream of having children. I aim to make this journey as pleasant as possible and be present to navigate them through this challenging process. I have worked with many couples who have experienced loss through miscarriage, which can occur at various satges and for a multitude of reasons. In this regard I support couples through their loss and help them to become healthy and strong again so that future pregnancies will be more likely to have a happy conclusion. I also work with couples to prevent recurring miscarriage. I believe in creating a relaxed and caring atmosphere where the couples can feel positive and nurtured.

Since acupuncture is such a powerful and safe treatment I normally see my clients through all stages of their journey, pre and post conception and after their child’s birth. Depending on their needs and preferences, the therapies used include various forms of acupuncture (traditional, abdominal, auricular), massage and patent Chinese herbs.

First consultation and treatment is €65 and subsequent sessions are €55.  Each session is approximately one hour. All treatments are approved by most health insurance providers.
